20 Minute Consultation Call
The first step is to schedule the free initial 20-minute telephone consultation. This initial consultation is a good opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss needs, answer any questions, and confirm details for working with my practice. If we decide it's a good fit, then we will move forward and schedule an intake assessment.
Cost: FREE
-
Initial Biopsychosocial Assessment
This 90-minute session is required for all new clients and serves as the foundation for your personalized treatment plan. During the assessment, we’ll explore your medical, mental health, and personal history to gain a thorough understanding of your unique needs and challenges. Together, we will identify the key areas for focus and create a clear path forward in your therapy journey.
Cost: $200
-
Individual Therapy
Following your initial assessment, individual therapy sessions focus on addressing the goals and treatment needs unique to you. We will work together to explore the challenges you’re facing and develop strategies to create positive, lasting change. Sessions are available at different lengths to suit your needs:
Cost
30 minutes: $75
45 minutes: $112.50
60 minutes: $150

After-Hours, Weekend, and Holiday Appointments
For added convenience, we offer after-hours (after 7:00 PM), weekend, and holiday appointments to accommodate your schedule.
A $100 convenience fee is added to the service cost for these appointments.
Full payment is due when services are rendered.
As a self-pay provider, I am out of network for all insurance plans. However, I am happy to provide a SuperBill, which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
The time we schedule together is reserved specifically for you. Please note that cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions without notice, will result in a charge for the full session fee.
Insurance
I do not work directly with, accept, or bill insurance. However, I am an out-of-network provider. After payment for therapy services, I provide clients with a “SuperBill” that can be submitted to their insurance carrier for potential reimbursement.
If you’re considering this option, please check with your insurance carrier in advance to confirm whether your plan includes reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, with some clients receiving 30-80% back, depending on their “out-of-network” benefits. Please note that I cannot guarantee reimbursement, nor do I have a formal relationship with any insurance company.
In-Network EAPs
What is an EAP?
An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a workplace benefit designed to support employees’ well-being by providing access to counseling and other mental health services at no cost to them. EAPs help address a range of personal and professional challenges, from stress, burnout, and mental health issues to family or relationship concerns, substance use, and life transitions. By working with an EAP, employees can receive confidential support that empowers them to navigate challenges more effectively, improving their overall quality of life and workplace productivity.
Contact your company’s HR manager to find out which EAP your employer works with.
